Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mockvid (“Mockvid”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a service operated by LARGUIER MICKAEL (EI), France.
By accessing or using Mockvid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. The Service
Mockvid is a visual presentation tool that allows users to create mockups and videos from publicly accessible webpages and, where available, from design frames that users are authorized to access through supported third-party design tools such as Figma.
Depending on the features available, Mockvid may:
- load a webpage in an automated browser;
- retrieve publicly available information such as the page title and meta description;
- analyze visual characteristics of the webpage, including colors;
- record the rendered webpage;
- animate or otherwise present the webpage;
- place the captured webpage inside device, browser or other visual mockups;
- retrieve design frames from a supported third-party design tool using credentials or access tokens you provide;
- place exported design frames inside device, browser or other visual mockups;
- generate and export videos or other visual outputs.
Mockvid does not guarantee that every URL, webpage, design file or design frame will be compatible with the Service.
The appearance and content of a generated output may vary depending on the webpage, design file, browser environment, screen size, animations, third-party resources, third-party APIs and the state of the webpage or design file at the time of capture.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use Mockvid only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Mockvid complies with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations and third-party rights.
If you use Mockvid on behalf of a business, client or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Public webpages and third-party content
Mockvid is designed to process webpages that are publicly accessible without unauthorized authentication or other access restrictions.
Where Mockvid supports processing of design files or frames, it is designed to process only files, frames and assets that you are authorized to access and use.
A webpage, design file or frame processed by Mockvid may contain content belonging to third parties, including text, images, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, software and other protected material.
Mockvid does not claim ownership of third-party content displayed on webpages, design files or frames processed through the Service.
The processing of a webpage, design file or frame by Mockvid does not grant you any license or other rights in third-party content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights or permissions necessary for your intended use of a webpage, design file, frame and any generated output.
4. Restricted access and prohibited websites
You must not use Mockvid to:
- access websites or resources that you are not authorized to access;
- access design files, design frames or third-party accounts that you are not authorized to access;
- bypass authentication, passwords, paywalls, CAPTCHA systems, anti-bot measures or other access controls;
- circumvent technical restrictions imposed by a website or service;
- access private, internal or restricted systems;
- use Mockvid to access localhost, private networks, internal services, cloud metadata endpoints or similar resources;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt third-party websites or services;
- obtain personal or confidential information without authorization;
- knowingly facilitate copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights infringements;
- use Mockvid as a third-party content downloader or to extract, archive, redistribute or resell third-party content without authorization;
- remove, hide or alter third-party trademarks, copyright notices, watermarks or proprietary notices in a way that infringes third-party rights;
- resell or redistribute third-party software licenses, digital products, templates, design assets or customer data without authorization;
- create fake testimonials, fake reviews, misleading social proof or deceptive promotional material;
- use Mockvid for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purposes;
- attempt to compromise the security or integrity of Mockvid or any third-party system.
Independently of any legal obligation, and to protect the Service and our ability to operate it, Mockvid is not intended to process websites primarily containing or promoting:
- pornography or sexually explicit adult content;
- gambling, betting or casino services;
- services used by, intended for or primarily advertised towards minors;
- illegal drugs or controlled substances;
- alcohol, tobacco, vaping, weapons or other illegal, age-restricted or regulated goods or services;
- illegal or regulated goods or services prohibited by our payment providers;
- malware, spyware or malicious software;
- piracy or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material;

- financial trading, investment, cryptocurrency, NFT, medical, health, government, travel, telecommunications, IPTV, OSINT, data broker, marketing outreach, lead generation or other high-risk services prohibited or restricted by our payment providers;
- content generation that infringes copyrights or trademarks, enables unauthorized face swaps or deepfakes, or produces adult content;
- other activities prohibited by applicable law or our payment providers.
Mockvid may refuse to process, block or remove access to any URL that we reasonably determine to fall within these categories or otherwise present a legal, security or operational risk.
5. URL and design file processing
When you submit a URL, you authorize Mockvid to access that URL and process the webpage for the purpose of providing the requested Service.
When you submit a design tool link, file identifier, frame identifier, access token or similar credential, you authorize Mockvid to use that information to access and process the relevant design file or frame for the purpose of providing the requested Service.
You understand that webpages, design tools and third-party resources are controlled by third parties and may:
- change or disappear;
- become unavailable;
- block automated browsers;
- block API requests or revoke access tokens;
- contain dynamic or personalized content;
- contain broken or unavailable resources;
- render differently depending on the browser or environment.
Mockvid is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, security or content of third-party webpages, design files, APIs or resources.
6. Your content and generated outputs
If you upload your own images, videos or other materials (“User Content”) to compose a mockup, you retain ownership of that User Content.
By saving or sharing a render, you grant Mockvid a limited license to host, process and transmit the resulting video — which may incorporate your User Content — solely to provide the Service, including generating previews, exports and any shareable link you create. A render you do not choose to save or share is not retained on our servers beyond what is necessary to generate it.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use any User Content in the Service.
Subject to the rights of third parties, you may use videos and other outputs generated by Mockvid for personal or commercial purposes.
Mockvid does not claim ownership of your generated outputs.
However, an output may contain third-party material originating from the webpage, design file or frame you submitted. Your right to use a generated output does not grant you ownership of, or additional rights in, any third-party material contained within it.
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of an output requires permission, attribution, a license or any other authorization.
7. Mockvid intellectual property
The Mockvid Service and its proprietary components, including its software, source code, interface, templates, mockups, device models, animations, graphics, branding, trademarks and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Mockvid.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
- copy or reproduce the Service or its proprietary components;
- modify or create derivative works of the Service;
- resell, sublicense or distribute the Service;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
- use Mockvid’s proprietary assets outside the Service.
Using a generated output does not transfer ownership of the underlying Mockvid software, templates, mockups, device models or other proprietary components used to create that output.
8. Plans and licenses
Mockvid may offer free and paid plans.
The features, limitations, prices and applicable license terms are described on the Mockvid website and at checkout.
One Site
A One Site license permits use of the applicable paid features for the website or domain covered by the license, subject to the limitations presented at purchase.
Studio
A Studio subscription provides access to the features and number of websites, domains, design files or frames specified for the applicable subscription period.
Licenses and subscriptions may not be resold or transferred unless expressly permitted by Mockvid.
If a product is described as a “lifetime” license, “lifetime” means the lifetime of the Mockvid Service. It does not guarantee that Mockvid will operate indefinitely.
9. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our designated payment provider.
The applicable price, taxes where applicable, billing period and payment conditions are displayed before purchase.
Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms presented at checkout unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights applicable to consumers, including applicable rights relating to withdrawal, conformity or refunds.
Mockvid provides a digital service that is made available immediately after purchase. Mockvid offers a free preview before purchase so you can test the result before buying; see our Refund Policy for details.
10. Third-party services
Mockvid may use third-party providers for hosting, browser infrastructure, rendering, storage, payments, analytics and other services necessary to operate the Service.
The availability or operation of the Service may therefore depend on third-party providers.
Your use of Mockvid does not give you any right to access or use third-party services except as permitted by those services’ applicable terms.
11. Privacy and personal data
Mockvid may process information associated with webpages submitted to the Service, including webpage content that may contain personal data.
Information about how Mockvid collects, uses, stores and protects personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not knowingly use Mockvid to obtain or process personal data that you are not legally authorized to access or process.
Where applicable, additional data processing terms may apply to business customers.
12. Security and technical restrictions
You must not attempt to circumvent technical safeguards implemented by Mockvid.
Mockvid may implement URL filtering, network restrictions, rate limits, browser isolation and other security measures to protect the Service, its infrastructure, users and third parties.
We may block or refuse URLs that present security risks, including URLs pointing to private networks, internal services or other restricted resources.
13. Availability and disclaimer
Mockvid is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mockvid does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose. We do not guarantee that:
- Mockvid will always be available or uninterrupted;
- every URL will be successfully processed;
- a webpage will render exactly as it appears in a user’s browser;
- all images, fonts, videos, scripts or other resources will load;
- dynamic content or animations will behave identically in every capture;
- generated outputs will always be available in a particular format or resolution.
Mockvid is not responsible for:
- the content, availability, security or changes of third-party websites;
- third-party intellectual property rights;
- inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected webpage captures;
- failures caused by third-party infrastructure;
- the way you use, publish or distribute generated outputs.
Third-party websites are outside our control, and their availability or behavior may change at any time.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Mockvid if:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- your use of the Service violates applicable law;
- your use creates a security, legal or operational risk;
- you use the Service for prohibited purposes;
- payment obligations are not satisfied;
- we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
We may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect Mockvid, our users, our infrastructure or third parties.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mockvid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or protections applicable to consumers.
16. Changes to the Service
We may modify, add or remove features of Mockvid from time to time.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
Where a paid plan is materially changed, we will provide any notice required by applicable law or the applicable purchase terms.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, our business, applicable law or security requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory provisions of law applicable to you.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from bringing proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Where applicable, consumers may also have access to statutory consumer mediation or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
For business customers, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction determined under applicable law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
